If you are looking for a reasonable deal on a new Kia and would wish that for one of the most important financial decision of your life (i.e. buying a new car), you want to be treated special? Then definitely pay these guys a visit because they will treat you like a charm!!! Literally!!!

Here's what you can expect:
You will see the full force of all marketing and sales techniques being applied on you at first for about 2 hours... Because clearly, you have the money and they have the right to extract every single last cent that you are willingly to leave on the table for them. And if you still don't budge, you will then see the full force of guilt trapping which will obviously make you very very comfortable, right? Ah, and if you've made it beyond this and starting your 4th hour because as a customer you "may" think that you have the right to associate a reasonable value to the things you can afford to purchase (mind you I am talking about approx. $1k difference in offer on a small car) you are now in for the best show from a manager who clearly has a PhD in customer service. By now, you are clearly dreaming because how in world can you dare to expect a price you see fit and reasonable based on your own little research (are you serious??l. And finally, rather than just saying no," sorry this is not possible", you will be shown the door!!!

What a way to charm customers, huh ...

Honestly, everyone should experience this once because if you think you've see worse, wait till you get to this manager's showdown! It's impressive!

Thought I would still give it a try despite a negative review. Would truly say these guys are not as it seems like. Everything went smooth from ordering the car to picking it up. Would highly recommend as everything was done at a great level of satisfaction. Well done team Mantello Kia
